Ingrid Kern is originally from Austria. If you will allow me to stereotype for a moment, Ingrid is remarkably efficient. Every step of the way she pushed the process along, gently but firmly, leading to a happy and successful result. Her follow-up is amazing.

She is direct, she is persistent, she has excellent taste and she will always tell the truth. She knows her stuff. On those rare occasions when she doesn't know the answer to a question, within an hour or two you can expect her to be an expert on the subject.

And yet, having said all this, all the while she displays a unique and very dry sense of humor. Her well-timed one-liners always seemed to arrive at exactly the right time. Who says selling a house can't be fun?
